Yoga therapy (or healing yoga) uses traditional yoga practices to help build confidence, emotional strength, and inner peace. We combine the physical exercise of yoga with mindfulness meditation, which taps into the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.
